Our General Contractor services has grown out of years of construction cost estimating to encompass all the other activities in planning a project. Our intent is to work with the owner to help deliver a satisfactory project that meets the owner’s objectives. In addition to estimating the pre-construction our team participates in design decisions, evaluations, studies, value engineering, value analysis, scheduling, construct-ability reviews, and more. Design costs, permitting, land acquisition, and life-cycle costs may also be evaluated. In delivering pre-construction services,  We will act as your general contractor or construction manager we will also assist in the negotiating for project construction services out side of our scope of expertise. Often this may be accomplished by agreeing on a guaranteed maximum price (GMP) for that part of the  project.  Our firm will deliver on all projects.  Typically we can save our clients money that others cannot during construction.
